Luang Prabang

This ancient capital of Laos offers a virtual kaleidoscope of minority hill tribes, temples and colonial architecture with breathtaking scenery. Nestled in a stunning river valley in north-central Laos, the area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because of the well-preserved remains from the Lane Xang Kingdom. An enchanting and relaxed town, Luang Prabang is rich in natural beauty, culture and history.

Vang Vieng

Situated on the bend of the Nam Song River with dramatic limestone peaks as a backdrop, this is a particularly fascinating corner of Laos. The banks of the river are dotted with tunnels and overhanging cliffs. The town’s main street is dotted with guest houses, bars, restaurants and internet cafes and has been a haven for backpackers as well as main tour operators.

The capital of Laos is a charming riverside city with plenty of life and character - without the swift pace atmosphere of most other major Asian cities. Vientiane is a delightful haven of beautiful temples, intricate pagodas and impressive shrines. Local handicrafts at the Morning Market are always a popular choice with visitors.
